RETURN POLICY
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If for any reason customers are not satisfied with an order, the purchased item(s) can be returned back to the boutique for size exchange (if available), store credit or refund within 14 days from the merchandise’s delivery date.

If clients are not satisfied with an order, the purchased item(s) can be returned to the boutique for a size exchange (if available), store credit, or refund within 14 days from the merchandise's delivery date. It is important to note that the returned item(s) must arrive at the boutique no later than 14 days after they were delivered. If this 14-day period has passed, we cannot guarantee that Splashboutiques.com will accept the order for a refund.
We strongly recommend that you book your return pick-up within 7 days of receiving your order to ensure that it arrives at the boutique within 14 days. Please contact customer services at customerservice@splash.com.cy if you have any queries.

Please note that we can only collect returns from the same country to which your order was delivered. If you return an item from a different country, you might have to pay additional import duties. We advise you not to do this and instead use our free returns collection service.
Once your return has been received by splashboutiques.com and complies with our returns policy, we will refund you to your original payment method. Our aim is to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).

Returns can also be made in-store to our selected boutiques:

  • Women's items return to: Splash by the Beach or Splash Nicosia
  • Men's items return to: Splash+
  • Kids' items return to: Splash Kids

We advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and disposing of any original packaging.
Returned items must conform to our returns policy:

  • The security tag must still be intact and attached to the returned item.
  • Items must be in the same condition in which they were received, meaning they should be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused with their original tags.
  • Footwear must be returned in its original box and packaging, with no scuffs or worn marks on the sole.
  • Jewellery, bags, & accessories must be returned in the original branded packaging, undamaged, with all documents provided and inside a protective shipping box.
  • Beauty and cosmetic products must be returned unopened and unused, with the seals of any packaging still intact.
  • If the item comes with a security tag, it must be left on. If the security tag is removed, the returned item will not comply with the returns policy and will not be refunded.
  • Hosiery must be returned in its unopened package.
  • Lingerie & swimwear must only be tried on over your own lingerie garments and have the hygiene seal still in place. We will not accept any returns that have been worn, are soiled, or whose hygiene seal has been damaged or removed.
  • Final sale items cannot be returned unless they are found to be damaged or faulty when delivered. In such cases, photograph the items and contact our customer service with the details of the order and the photographs evidencing the damaged or faulty items.

Any returns that do not meet the conditions of our Returns Policy will not be accepted. We recommend that you return items in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit. Returned items will be refunded excluding the cost of shipping when using our free collections service.
