TERMS OF SALE
CONDITIONS OF SALE
These General Sales Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “General Conditions”) govern all sales agreements between Splash TG LTD (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”;), a subsidiary of Splash Boutiques, with registered offices at 131 Vasileous Georgiou A, Limassol, Cyprus 4048, Telephone: +357 25733995, certified electronic email address: customerservice@splash.com.cy, and the customer, herein referred to as the “Customer” who is an individual consumer conducting transactions through the Splash TG LTD website www.splashboutiques.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”;) solely for personal use and not for commercial, professional, or entrepreneurial purposes. The Customer may request any information through the assistance services by contacting the Customer Service as given in the following “Customer Care” section.

OUR COMMERCIAL POLICY
Splash TG LTD offers its products for sale exclusively to end-users who are “consumers”; defined as natural persons making purchases from the Website without commercial, professional, or entrepreneurial intent. The sale of products on the Website is limited to countries listed in the shipping countries section accessible from the Website's shipping page. The Seller reserves the right to impose maximum purchase limits on products or categories thereof. Consequently, the Seller reserves the right to refuse orders from individuals who do not qualify as consumers, minors, or from countries not listed among the shipping destinations, or orders that contravene our commercial policies. These General Conditions exclusively govern the offer, acceptance, and fulfilment of purchase orders for products on the Website between Customers and the Seller. They do not extend to the provision of services or products by third-party entities, even if accessible through links, banners, or other hypertextual connections on the Website. It is the Customer’s responsibility to review the terms of sale before placing an order and purchasing products or services from third-party suppliers. The Seller assumes no liability for services provided by third parties or for agreements concluded between Website users and third parties.

PLACING AN ORDER
To place an order on the Website, the Customer must select the desired products and add them to the shopping cart. After completing the product selection, the Customer must proceed to checkout, fill out the electronic order form according to the provided instructions, and submit it to the Seller. Before finalizing the purchase, the Customer will be prompted to carefully review these General Conditions, which can be printed, saved, or copied for personal reference. Orders can be placed by registered users through their personal accounts or by guest users providing necessary personal information to process the order. The order form includes references to these General Sales Conditions, a summary of each ordered product’s essential characteristics and price (including applicable taxes or fees), payment and delivery methods, shipping costs, withdrawal rights, and return procedures. The Customer is responsible for reviewing the order details for accuracy and correcting any input errors before submitting the order form. Submission of the order form constitutes the Customer’s unconditional acceptance of these General Conditions. If the Customer disagrees with any terms therein, the order form should not be submitted. The presence of products on the Website constitutes an invitation to offer by the Seller. Submission of a purchase order by the Customer constitutes a purchase proposal for the individual products listed in the order. Upon receiving a purchase order, the Seller will send the Customer an email receipt containing a summary of these General Sales Conditions, product information, pricing details, payment methods, withdrawal rights, and delivery costs. This email serves as confirmation of order receipt and does not constitute acceptance of the Customer's purchase order by the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to reject purchase orders for various reasons, such as product unavailability, incomplete or incorrect orders, insufficient guarantees of solvency, or orders that violate the Seller’s commercial policies or these General Sales Conditions. In such cases, the Seller will promptly notify the Customer via email within 30 days of receiving the order, informing them of the non-acceptance and refunding any payments already made by the Customer. Order forms are stored in the Seller’s database for the necessary processing period, in compliance with legal requirements. Registered users can access their order history through their personal accounts, while guest users can inquire about their orders by contacting Customer Service as outlined in the “Customer Care” section.

PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
Only original products are available for sale on the Website. Each product listing includes essential product characteristics. Please note that product images and colors displayed online may differ slightly from the actual products due to variations in internet browsers and monitor settings. All products are sold with their respective identification tags, which are integral parts of the products themselves.

PAYMENTS
Product prices listed on the Website are displayed in euros and include all applicable taxes and fees, excluding shipping and delivery costs, which are clearly indicated during the checkout process. Prices are subject to change, and the Customer is advised to verify the final sale price before submitting the order form. Payment methods are detailed on the Payments and Security page of the Website and are integral to these General Sales Conditions. The purchase price and shipping costs, as indicated in the order form, are charged upon submission of the order and before product shipment. For credit card payments, financial information is transmitted securely to authorized banks or our third-party payment processors Stripe. This information is solely used for order processing or reimbursement purposes in case of returns or fraud prevention. For deliveries within the European Union, no customs clearance costs apply. However, deliveries to countries outside the European Union may incur customs duties or import taxes upon arrival, which are the Customer’s responsibility. For further information, Customers should contact the customs office of the delivery country.

DELIVERY
Product delivery is conducted via shipping, with delivery costs, methods, and estimated times outlined on the Website’s Shipment page and in each purchase order form. Delivery times are estimates and exclude weekends and public holidays. Customers are advised to place orders from the Website page corresponding to the delivery country. Orders to countries other than the designated destination or to addresses not accepted by the Seller’s courier will be automatically cancelled.

Purchased items will be shipped within 2 business days (excluding public holidays) from the date the order was placed. Please allow up to 5-7 business days from the day of purchase for delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your order after 5-7 business days, please notify us in writing at customerservice@splash.com.cy.   

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal:
Under the Directive 2011/83/EU on consumers rights (the “Directive”) you have a right to withdraw/cancel your order for any reason within 14 days starting from the day on which you acquired physical possession of the items you have purchased. You will receive a full refund for the items you have purchased. If you wish to cancel your order, you will need to inform us in writing by sending an email to our customer services at customerservice@splash.com.cy. It is important to clearly express in your email your desire to withdraw from the sale of goods contract with us. The details of order and the items purchased must also be indicated in the email. Alternatively, you can complete the Withdrawal Form, which you can find on the Website, and send it back to us. If you have received the items you have purchased and wish to cancel your order, you will need to return the items to us. TIME AND METHODS OF RETURNS
Returns of products eligible for withdrawal must be initiated within 14 days from the date on which the Customer submits the relevant withdrawal form to Splash TG LTD. The products, along with the withdrawal form, should be returned to Splash TG LTD at the following address:

Customers are responsible for covering the direct costs associated with returning the products. It is advisable to use the original packaging provided by Splash TG LTD when returning the products. Upon receipt of the returned products and verification of compliance with the conditions outlined in this section, Splash TG LTD will issue an email confirmation acknowledging acceptance of the return. Splash TG LTD will refund all amounts received from the Customer. Additional shipping costs incurred due to the Customer’s selection of a non-standard delivery method will not be reimbursed. Reimbursements will be processed by Splash TG LTD promptly upon confirming the proper execution of the withdrawal right, within fourteen (14) days from the date of receiving the return notification. Splash TG LTD reserves the right to suspend reimbursement until the returned products are received or until the Customer provides evidence of their return, whichever occurs earlier. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used by the Customer for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. In cases where the recipient of the products differs from the payer, refunds will be issued to the payer, unless otherwise agreed.

If the procedures and terms outlined for exercising the right of withdrawal are not followed, as detailed in this section, the Customer will not be entitled to reimbursement of any amounts already paid to Splash TG LTD. However, the Customer may, at their own expense, obtain the products in the condition in which they were returned to Splash TG LTD. CHANGES OF THE GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS
These General Sales Conditions can also be modified by the Seller in the event of changes in the regulations. The new General Sales Conditions will be valid from the day on which they are published on the Website.
