Domestic Orders
All orders shipping to a local address will be shipped via ACS. You may select standard shipping for €10. 
Delivery Time: 1-2 Business days

International Orders 
We offer standard shipping on international orders as outlined below.

Please note first-time orders must be shipped to the billing address associated with the payment method. 
We are also unable to accommodate shipment to PO boxes or APO addresses. 
All orders from €500 and above qualify for complementary delivery in Europe.

Delivery time
Europe: 2-3 business days
Rest of World: 3-5 business days
We ship all international orders via DHL International and are currently unable to ship to Russia.

Import duties and taxes
Customers living outside the European Union may incur local taxes and import duties. The customer
is solely responsible for the payment of any of these additional charges that may be imposed.

Delivery to US
If you’re a US customer, your local customs may ask for your IRS, EIN or SSN number before
authorising delivery to your address.
No additional taxes or customs duties are charged for orders that are shipped within the European
Union. Prices and shipping costs include VAT and thus listed as gross prices.

Free shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over €500 during non-sale periods.
